Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT.
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your bag and fill in the order request form, or write to us at orders@guideyourdreams.com. We'll reply to confirm availability, shipping costs and timing.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United Kingdom only. Shipping costs and delivery times are confirmed in our reply to your request.
How does the right to cancel work?
UK consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, where applicable. You'll find the details in our terms of sale.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code in your bag and press Apply. Each code applies to a specific product and has an end date; if the product isn't in your bag, the discount is applied as soon as you add it.
How does the contact form work?
When you press send, your email app opens with your message already filled in — just press send and it reaches us directly.
